Potty and pull-ups

You have been using the potty at Sally's this month. You and Gowah bought a princess potty for their house and tonight we bought a Dora potty for home. We also bought Dora pull-ups for daytime to make trips to the potty easier!
Last week at Sally's you went three days with a dry diaper during the day! You do pretty well for a 20 month old little girl!

21st month

This month has gone by in such a flash that mommy hasn't had time to write about the fun we've had! Now i can hardly remember what we did to celebrate your birthday this month... I know we had pork chops at gowah and pats... Thank goodness swimming is over so i can stay on track with blogging! This month could be summed up in one word regarding development: sentences!
"I'll be back min.!"
"come in here!"
"what happened here?"

You've also started calling us mommy and daddy vs. Bo and Amy. You've been calling me mommy since the first Friday in February and Daddy the weekend we went to state swimming.

WONKEY

For some reason you woke up at 3:30am. Last night was the first night daddy slept in the guest bedroom with you. I don't even remember hearing you cry out...which may explain why daddy went to rescue you.

So we've been up since 3:30...daddy came in to see if I was ready to snooze with you for a while. As soon as you knew it was me, you wants to rock. You actually had a coughing fit first and threw up! Then you wanted to "rock-ey". So of course we rocked, but you wanted to play once we got to the rocker. I finally got you to dose off. You slept for about four minutes and the you were up for the day. We've been packing for state swimming this weekend.

You took a long bath while I straightened my hair and now were watching Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (old version). You've been referring to this movie as: WONKEY or loompa for months... But this morning you said: Wonka. That has to be some sort of milestone :)

HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!

We're rocking in the living room watching Barney. You are wearing your new Minney Mouse jammies. For Valentines day mommy and daddy got you the Jammies and your first pair of pink Speedo goggles!
This morning you woke up n the guest bed with gooey eyes and a runny nose. I guess you and daddy had a rough morning. At one point though you went downstairs and crawler up onto the couch and told daddy to SIIIT DOWN. Then you told him, "TV ON...Barney!" Daddy said tonight that you sure had a lot of personality for an almost two-year-old.
Today Sally had to put eyedrops in your eyes to fight the gunk. You did decorate your valentines bag and had your party. You also had the soundsarional singers come to Sally's to sing.
Mommy made your cute valentines to exchange, and you had several valentines from your friends!
Gowah an Pat brought over a monkey, necklace, a bag of candy! Blair Blair and Shane brought you a movie and a Minney mouse coloring book with "colleys".
Last night daddy and mommy went to dinner and a movie so we could be with you tonight. The got you a bouncy kangaroo, balloon, and bug candy.
Yesterday you also got to enjoy the snow!
