Mommy and Garrity KC house slumber party weekend 5/5/13

We started off the weekend with SNOW! And a luncheon at Bass Pro Shops! Momma won a camera and you loved it! After the luncheon, we decided to head back to the golf house and then travel on to the KC house for the weekend. (Daddy was out of town for a work golf tournament.)Our weekend was super fun and we just did whatever sounded fun! We spent the evening Friday night at the Disney store, rode the merry-go-round, and checked out Build A Bear workshop. Then we stopped by Target and scored a super cool princess tent and sleeping bag!!! Perfect for our slumber party weekend! We got it all set up at home and snuggled in your new sleeping bag and told spooky stories!
Saturday morning we lounged around and watched Coraline (thanks Cole!). After a lazy morning, we hit this super cool Urban Mining vintage market (part of 1st Friday KC) and found a lovely vintage key for you and a cute little frame for me (I plan to turn it into a mini chalk board for you!). You wanted to walk to a pizza shop, but wanted to take the pizza home for more slumber party fun! It was fun! By that time it was after 3pm...but we wanted to take a nap anyway :)
After our nap we hit a little shopping strip with Marshall's, a "slipper" store, and Pet Smart...where Maggie peed, and POOPED TWICE...the second time I STEPPED IN IT. After that debacle we took Maggie to the car, and went to Old Navy. You picked out a dress that you reallllly loved. You wanted to try it on then and there! So of course we did! It was super cute!
It was way past dinner time, but we did sleep until 5:30...you wanted Momma Cho's. the closest thing to that was a Chinese Buffett. You proclaimed to the entire restaurant that you were starving! So we got right to work! You ate lots of rice and chocolate ice cream! Once back at the KC house...you got sick all over Maggie and the kitchen :( I forgot to mention you threw up all over the parking lot at the shopping strip too :(
All in all (minus the throw up) it was a fun filled slumber party weekend!
