Happy 4th of July!

We celebrated at the lake with the Thoreson's! We purchased the super cute life vest at Bass Pro and it was such a great buy...you swam solo today for the first time! We were all in the lake and you started swimming back and forth from me to daddy and as the gap widened, you realized you weren't touching either of us! You weren't scared...but totally pumped and immediately independent! 

The day was rainy off and on, so it was a bit chilly at times and the cool water kept you from spending the entire day in the lake!

After the lake, we had a cookout at the Thoreson's in Eldo.
