Today you rolled over for real for the first time...the other times you rolled over you were soooo thin that dr. russell said you would probably cease rolling over and then resume around the 4th month. You were on a little play yard thing we borrowed from the Hawks family, and you rolled over, then when daddy got home you did it again on a blanket! You are so advanced that you stopped for about three weeks and resumed today! You also reached for the dangling toy attached to the play yard on Friday night at the Hawks house. Saturday morning you did it again, and since then you have begun reaching for toys and pulling things to your mouth. You have been clasping your hands together for about three weeks and now in addition to your hands, everything else goes into your mouth. You love it! Tonight you put your fist into your mouth so far you spit up!
Last night you laughed out loud at Grandpa H., your daddy and I had finished working out and we were at their house to pick you up. You laughed at Grandpa. You had your first laugh at your Aunt Blair on the Saturday of your 3rd week!!! So advanced!
Last night you were nursing, we were hanging out in bed with daddy b/f we headed off to the couch (he has poison ivy again) and I pulled you away from my breast and you stuck your thumb (lefty) in your mouth and actually SUCKED! It was the cutest thing ever :) Granted you only did it for about nine seconds and then wanted me again...but still, you did it! Since you still won't take a pacifier for longer than a few minutes b/f drifting off to sleep in your car seat, the thumb would be perfect!
Last cute thing...today you were laying on your changing table and had a full body shiver complete with a little noise...you did it once b/f in Grandpa H.'s office...soooo cute!
Ok, I think you are just about finished with your bottle...and you will want to nurse no doubt!
