We went to church and then Grandma and Grandpa Bishop's. After a second Easter Egg Hunt and basket, we headed to Gowah and Grandma Pat's for another lunch, several baskets, and another egg hunt!
Just before dinner we planted the jelly beans the Easter Bunny left in your basket at The Golf House! We planted them in the flower pots at Gowah's. you watered them, and when we came back outside...they grew into LOLLYPOPS! The lollypops were broken when daddy took them out of the wrapper...we knew lollypops didn't grow in a wrapper, but when we took the wrapper off, the lollypops fell apart. I decided to superglue the broken pieces together. All was well... daddy "planted" the lollypops in the planters, and we all went out to see the magical lollypops! it wasn't until you started LICKING the pops that things went downhill...the glue stuck to your tongue. You started picking at your tongue and we knew there was a problem. we explained that home-grown lollypops weren't good to eat after all...and better to just look at them vs eating them :) (There was no harm done in licking the glue...but we did all have a hearty laugh...)
We had so much fun today! You didn't take a nap until FIVE PM! You woke up just after 7 :) the only way to get you up even then was to promise a trip to the park!
